All Australian Caravan Club (ACC) members are invited to migrate this Spring to the northern New South Wales township of Bingara, for our Club’s 2017 Annual National Muster.

The National Muster will be held from 15 to 22 October 2017 at the Bingara Showgrounds.

With its beautiful heritage buildings, an historical society museum, its Roxy Theatre Complex, a sound trail, Living Classroom, and lookout with views over the town and beautiful Gwydir River, the picturesque town of Bingara, certainly has a lot to offer you.

It was these attractions, plus the friendly hospitality of the local community, that enticed us to select Bingara as the place to host our National Muster.

Only a short drive away from Bingara, you will find amazing Sawn Rocks in the Mt Kaputar National Park, Rocky Creek Gorge and ‘Glacial Area’, Three Creeks Goldmine, and Upper Bingara’s Grass Trees.

If you want more to whet your RV appetite, you can fish along the Gwydir River or at Copeton Dam or try your luck at fossicking.  Please note that permits are required to fish in New South Wales, and permits are required for fossicking in New South Wales’ state forests.  A trip to the Myall Creek Memorial and Myall Creek Massacre is also a must.

As well as sightseeing, fishing and fossicking, you will have the option of visiting a beef production property.  You will also have the choice of many dining venues at which to eat out, including the Bingara Sporting Club, the RSL, and the Imperial Hotel and Motel.  The Bingara Sporting Club has a 24 hour gym, bowling greens and tennis courts.

Back at the Showground, you can watch Sheep Dog trials, attend educational seminars on a variety of RV related topics, play competition games, view trade stalls, and hear reports on the past and future directions of our Club.

A daily Happy Hour event will allow members from everywhere to come together and exchange travelling tales. Every night will bring social interaction and different entertainment.

You are invited to come along to Bingara and join with like-minded people for a week of fun-filled, educational and fantastic activities.
